Oven operator wanted in Schoolcraft County

Now hiring: we are hiring an oven operator in Schoolcraft County, Michigan. On the job you will handle: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Score the top of loaves before baking • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer You should have: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
