Immediate opening: we are hiring a baker in Kit Carson County, Colorado. On the job you will handle: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds Ideal candidate: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Pay around $2,900 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
