Great opportunity: we are hiring a smash repairer in Orange County, Florida. You will be based in a smash repair workshop. Ideal candidate: • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish Day-to-day duties: • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray • Measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line • Mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections • Pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
