Urgent requirement: prep cook (Oregon)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a prep cook in Baker County, Oregon. Day-to-day duties: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
