Banquet server — Smith County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a banquet server in Smith County, Texas. You will work at a banquet hall. The role involves pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins. Requirements: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts.
