Bread baker — Nguru

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread baker in Nguru, Yobe State. The job is at a café with an on-site bakery. The role involves proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; score the top of loaves before baking. You should have: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens We offer ₦900 per hour plus benefits. Full-time, day shift.
