Captain waiter wanted in Coventry

We are recruiting: we are hiring a captain waiter in Coventry, England. You will be based in a five-star hotel. You should have: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner On the job you will handle: • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) Performance bonus on top of base pay.
