Vacancy available: we are hiring a sausage maker in Brown County, Wisconsin. You will be based at a busy retail butcher's shop. Requirements: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate On a typical shift you will break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; season and marinate meat on request; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts.
