Fry cook wanted in Funakaye

Requirements: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate You will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; prepare the mise en place before each service.
