Requirements: • Basic record-keeping and customer-facing skills • Comfortable working outdoors and in all weathers • Confident operating a tyre changer and wheel balancer The role involves repair punctures with mushroom plugs and internal patches; balance wheels on a computerised wheel balancer and fit clip-on weights; handle truck and bus tyres, including split-rim assemblies; inflate tyres to the manufacturer's recommended PSI, including nitrogen fills; check tread depth with a depth gauge and spot uneven wear.
