Dry lining plasterer wanted in Trinity County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dry lining plasterer in Trinity County, Texas. You will work on a commercial fit-out project. Ideal candidate: • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic • CSCS card or willing to obtain one • Willing to work on both new build and refurbishment sites Your main tasks: • Tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler • Apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls • Apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork • Clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets • Float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge • Apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat Six days a week, one day off.
