Lawn care technician wanted in Washoe County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a lawn care technician in Washoe County, Nevada. The role involves maintain compost heaps and the potting shed; repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings; weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe; prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers; check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads; rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste. You should have: • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance • Physically fit for bending, lifting and long hours outdoors Six days a week, one day off.
