Now hiring: we are hiring a plasterer's mate in Oluyole, Oyo State. Day-to-day duties: • Apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat • Clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets • Float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge • Check walls for plumb and level as you go • Fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads You should have: • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish • Willing to work on both new build and refurbishment sites • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
