Coating plant operator wanted in Pendleton County

Join our team: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Pendleton County, West Virginia. You will work on an industrial coating line. Requirements: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Your main tasks: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper Part-time with flexible hours.
