CO2 welder • Rewa, Madhya Pradesh

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a CO2 welder in Rewa, Madhya Pradesh. Day-to-day duties: • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions Ideal candidate: • ITI in welder trade or equivalent • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test 5+ years on the tools preferred.
