Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Gray County, Texas. Day-to-day duties: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards You should have: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Basic cake decorating and piping skills 3+ years on the tools preferred.
