Line cook • Brown County, Minnesota

Vacancy available: we are hiring a line cook in Brown County, Minnesota. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift Requirements: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Full-time with occasional weekends.
