Dough maker — Delaware County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dough maker in Delaware County, Ohio. The job is at a neighbourhood confectionery. Your main tasks: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe Requirements: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • 2+ years' experience as a baker Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
