Requirements: • Able to mix and colour-match paints accurately • Physically fit for standing, bending and reaching all day • Reliable, punctual and tidy on site Day to day you will mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting; mix and tint paint to match colour swatches; sand and fill walls before applying primer; prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer.
