Bread and bun maker wanted in Ogba/Egbema/Ndoni

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Ogba/Egbema/Ndoni, Rivers State. Ideal candidate: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen The role involves: • Score the top of loaves before baking • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter 5+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around ₦6,500 per day, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
