Bread and bun maker wanted in Nassau County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Nassau County, Florida. Your main tasks: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Part-time with flexible hours.
