Great opportunity: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Nye County, Nevada. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. Ideal candidate: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Accurate at weighing and following recipes You will prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds.
