Immediate opening: bread and bun maker (Kano State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Garko, Kano State. You will be based in a bread factory. You should have: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Day to day you will load and unload the deck oven with a peel; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough. Part-time with flexible hours. We offer ₦145,000 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
