We are recruiting: we are hiring a gardener in Windsor County, Vermont. The job is at a private estate garden. You should have: • An eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage Day-to-day duties: • Lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn • Mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers • Operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters • Plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings • Dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds • Rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste Meals and transport allowance provided.
