Great opportunity: we are hiring a gantry crane operator in Washington County, Oregon. What we are looking for: • Strong attention to safety and load limits • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts You will help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone; read and interpret the load chart before every lift; work out the load weight and the lifting radius; keep a safe distance from overhead power lines; keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL); grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands.
