Urgent requirement: maintenance painter (Illinois)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a maintenance painter in Menard County, Illinois. You will be based in a factory paint shop. On a typical shift you will spray emulsion and enamel using HVLP and airless spray guns; hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams; apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls; work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers; apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller; fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps. You should have: • A good eye for clean lines and an even finish • Reliable, punctual and tidy on site • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec We offer $150 per day plus benefits.
