Urgent requirement: dough maker (Kano State)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a dough maker in Dala, Kano State. What we are looking for: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen On a typical shift you will check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough.
