We are recruiting: powder coating line operator (Texas)

Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Culberson County, Texas. You will be based at a fabrication and coating plant. On a typical shift you will mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse. You should have: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process 1+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $2,500 per month, based on your experience.
