What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks You will proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; score the top of loaves before baking.
