Urgent requirement: we are hiring a butcher in Jalingo, Taraba State. The job is at a busy retail butcher's shop. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • 2+ years experience working as a butcher You will keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around ₦215,000 per month, based on your experience.
