Urgent requirement: we are hiring a line cook in Boyd County, Nebraska. What we are looking for: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Your main tasks: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
