Gardener — Mahoning County

Join our team: we are hiring a gardener in Mahoning County, Ohio. You will be based in a residential garden complex. Requirements: • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers • An eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish On the job you will handle: • Check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads • Plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings • Cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs • Sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades • Spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease • Prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers We offer $5,250 per project plus benefits.
