Shuttering fixer • Kosofe, Lagos State

Now hiring: we are hiring a shuttering fixer in Kosofe, Lagos State. The job is on a metro and tunnel project. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • Able to read formwork and structural drawings On the job you will handle: • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb Full-time with occasional weekends.
