Vacancy available: we are hiring a prep cook in Ozark County, Missouri. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. The role involves check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; prepare the mise en place before each service; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs.
