Captain waiter — Menard County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a captain waiter in Menard County, Illinois. You will work in a café. You should have: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts Day-to-day duties: • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar 1+ years on the tools preferred.
