Pastry baker — Ocean County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pastry baker in Ocean County, New Jersey. You will work at a cake shop. What we are looking for: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to work early-morning and night shifts You will load and unload the deck oven with a peel; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe.
