Great opportunity: we are hiring a cake decorator in Mandla, Madhya Pradesh. You will work in a hotel pastry kitchen. You will boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; score the top of loaves before baking; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough. What we are looking for: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
