You will keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Full-time with occasional weekends.
