Estate gardener — Jackson County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an estate gardener in Jackson County, Texas. You will be based in a public park. Day-to-day duties: • Operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters • Water beds and lawns and set up drip irrigation lines • Sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades • Dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds You should have: • Physically fit for bending, lifting and long hours outdoors • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance • An eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish 6+ years on the tools preferred.
