Tandoor cook wanted in Emanuel County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Emanuel County, Georgia. You will work at a fast-food outlet. You will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat 2+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off.
