We are recruiting: we are hiring a painter and decorator in Atkinson County, Georgia. The job is at a property maintenance company. On the job you will handle: • Carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover • Lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture • Measure up and work out paint and material quantities • Clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job • Apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls • Cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames Requirements: • Skilled with brush, roller and spray application • 2+ years experience as a painter and decorator • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec Rotating shifts.
