Overhead (EOT) crane operator wanted in Steuben County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an overhead (EOT) crane operator in Steuben County, New York. You will work on a busy construction site. Ideal candidate: • Current medical and eyesight certificate • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging On the job you will handle: • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control • Keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL) • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands 4+ years on the tools preferred.
