Bread and bun maker • Thomas County, Georgia

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Thomas County, Georgia. On a typical shift you will grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer. What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Full-time with occasional weekends.
