VMC operator — Kiru

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a VMC operator in Kiru, Kano State. On a typical shift you will set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm; load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe. What we are looking for: • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience Full-time with occasional weekends.
