Lathe programmer-operator wanted in Scott County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a lathe programmer-operator in Scott County, Minnesota. Day-to-day duties: • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes Ideal candidate: • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
