Hoist operator — Ika South

Great opportunity: we are hiring a hoist operator in Ika South, Delta State. You will work at a shipbuilding yard. You should have: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging • Strong attention to safety and load limits Day-to-day duties: • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground • Carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block • Keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL) Part-time with flexible hours.
