Great opportunity: we are hiring a scullery hand in Grayson County, Texas. The job is in a hotel kitchen. What we are looking for: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred The role involves scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading. $130 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
