You should have: • Good eye for joints, levels and overall finish • Own hand tools an advantage Day-to-day duties: • Measure up and template countertops and floor areas before cutting • Lift and handle heavy slabs safely using suction lifters and trolleys • Polish stone surfaces to a high gloss using diamond pads and polishing compound • Cut out sink and hob openings in worktops on site • Lay marble tiles and slabs on floors, stairs and walls with adhesive mortar Overtime paid at a premium rate.
