What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure On a typical shift you will chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; prepare the mise en place before each service; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
