Argon welding operator — Bonny

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an argon welding operator in Bonny, Rivers State. Day-to-day duties: • Weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through • Run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec • Read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing • Clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding • Feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool • Clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush Ideal candidate: • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection Rotating shifts.
